Hello Ladies!

We have finally moved to Western NY and lovin it!! We have our new studio all set up to serve you better.

It's been an exciting year of new "leather technology research" for Gary and I as usual. Handbags leather is ever changing and challenging us daily!

We have spent the past year researching chemicals and developing restoration techniques that can bring back to life every much loved bag out there, and I have to say that our success rate is phenomenal and we have many very happy "Bag Ladies" to date

We have had tremendous success restoring Coach bags, Botkier, Balenciaga's, Chloe 's, Hermes bags, Chanel bags, Valentinos, Jimmy Choo's and Kooba bags to a like new condition. Absolutely stunning results and very happy customers. Thanks to Gary's research we were able to acquire European finishing products that match our Designer bags perfectly.
If you wonder how we get to match those colors, we use the Munsell Theory of Color Matching; very technical but very accurate.
As some of you know, we are consistently working on the Balenciaga bag restoration system, as this leather a "one of a kind" leather. We have found the Balenciaga leather to be very unpredictable and the dyes that are used in the tanning process seem to be very volatile and migratory.
With months of research, however, we have finally found finishes that work beautifully. Even full restorations are coming out feeling amazing. We have, I believe, achieved a very long awaited goal. Yippee! Please keep in mind that full restoration of BBags takes a considerable amount of time to complete and we really appreciate your patience.
As usual, we have excellent results with extracting all the oils from the handles, repairing the chaffed and worn corners, and returning the bags looking totally refreshed in a turn around time of 3-4 weeks.
