through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online
Shopping Terms and Conditions:
Lovin my Bags will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items
as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however,
Lovin my Bags® will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which
are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Lovin my Bags will
notify you as soon as possible.
Fraud Prevention:
In order to protect you and Lovin my Bags™
from fraudulent transactions, Lovin my Bags may provide your
transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization
to perform an address verification. This address verification is
intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches
your credit card address. Lovin my Bags also reserves the right, at its
discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to
certain addresses. In the event that Lovin my Bags chooses not to ship
an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your
credit card will be refunded.
Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail - shipments are mailed either Fedex Home delivery or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation which will deem the packaged received once USPS confirmation is received by us.
Handbag will be shipped Fedex insured between $500 and $1200.00 depending on the value of the bag with direct signature required. Cost of such shipping will be covered by customer. Loss of packages by Shipping Company is not LMB 's responsibility and we will not be liable for replacing such bags in the event that there is loss or theft.
Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please send it back to us, with proof of purchase and we will refund you immediately less shipping charges. There are no refunds for restoration services.
